Let’s be Friend and have ( أُنْسْ ) with Quran

Salam Alaikom brothers and sisters : we are in the holy month of Ramadhan . The month of Quran , the month of  forgiveness ,the month of Mercy and the month of LOVE ❤️ and kindness . Let’s get close to Quran and be friend with it . Imam Baqir ( peace be upon him ) says : لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ رَبيعٌ و رَبيعُ الْقُرْآنِ شَهْرُ رَمَضَان : There is a spring for everything and the spring of Quran is the month Ramadhan . Having ( أُنْسْ ) with Quran is not only reading it a lot , or memorizing and reciting it beautifully even though they are the best tools for having ( أُنْسْ  ) , but having ( أُنْسْ  ) means : Whenever we don’t read Quran , we feel that we are missing something great , means when I don’t read Quran I feel sick and lonely .

Brothers and sisters : the only way that we can build unity among all Muslims and our brothers and sisters in all religions is to Get close to Quran and have ( أُنْسْ ) with it .

Daily Hadith

‪The Prophet (SAWA) said, ‘There are three things that if are not present with someone then their actions are incomplete: piety preventing one from disobeying Allah, a character through which one is amicable towards people, and clemency with which to deal with the rashness of the ignorant.’[al-Kafi, v. 2, p. 116, no. 1]

Daily Hadith

Taliesin Namkai-Meche died defending Muslim women on a train in Portland
Assalamu alaikum brothers and sisters ,
Taliesin Myrddin Namkai-Meche was a young graduate from Reed College in Portland. He, along with Ricky John Best was killed in an effort to protect two Muslim girls from a racist man in a train ride.
According to eye witness reports the suspect was verbally harassing two women (one of whom was in Hijab). When passengers began to defend the women he drew a knife and stabbed three of them – two who succumbed to their wounds. The suspect was later identified as Jeremy Christian, a known racist and white supremacist.
Namkai-Meche’s mother, released this statement after the incident:
Taliesin Myrddin lived a joyous and full life. His enthusiasm was infectious. We lost him in a senseless act that brought close to home the insidious rift of prejudice and intolerance that is too familiar, too common. He was resolute in his conduct (and) respect of all people. In his final act of bravery, he held true to what he believed is the way forward. He will live in our hearts forever as the just, brave, loving, hilarious and beautiful soul he was. We ask that in honor of his memory, we use this tragedy as an opportunity for reflection and change. We choose love. Safe journey Taliesin. We love you.
I would like to expresses deep condolences to the families of these Good Samaritans who stood up and gave up their lives for a just, human cause in defending the defenseless. We also denounce these reprehensible acts of hate and violence due to rising Islamophobia.
I encourage people of conscious to learn about Islam and Muslims from proper and authentic sources as opposed to questionable media outlets. The holy month of Ramadhan is an opportune month to do so.
