Some hearts longed for Karbala this year, but fear, uncertainty, and the political climate kept many from making the journey.

And yet… nearly 20 million hearts found their way to Karbala. ❤️‍🩹

Because when Imam Hussain (AS) calls you, no border, no fear, no threat, and no power in this world can keep you away.

The road to Karbala has never been an easy one.

It is a road walked by those who understand that love sometimes asks for sacrifice.

A road walked with tired feet, aching bodies, uncertain hearts—and yet, hearts that refuse to turn back.

To those who made it to Karbala this Arbaeen:

know that your steps were not ordinary steps.

Every mile you walked.

Every moment you endured.

Every fear you overcame.

Every tear you shed.

Every time you whispered Ya Hussain along the way…

Allah knows it all.

You went when fear was loud.

You went when others were afraid.

You went when the world told you to stay home.

And perhaps that is what makes your journey even more precious.

May Allah accept every step you took toward the shrine of Imam Hussain (AS), multiply your reward, protect you, and allow your hearts to return to Karbala again and again. 🤲🏼❤️

And for those of us who could not go this year…

Keep asking. Keep longing. Keep your heart facing Karbala.

Because perhaps one day, when you least expect it, the invitation will come.

And when Hussain (AS) calls…

you will go.

Ya Hussain.

Until our feet walk the road to Karbala.

Until our eyes behold the shrine.

Until our hearts finally whisper:

“I made it home.” 🖤
