A believer should divide his time into four parts.

The seventh Imam, Imam Mūsa al Kadhim said: Try hard to divide your time into four parts;

💢 Time for worship and whispers (Monajāt) with Allah the Almighty.

💢 Time for business and work in order to run your life.

💢 Time for meeting with friends who are trustworthy, and knows your defects (they won’t misuse your defects against you, rather they’ll help you towards perfection) and they are sincere to you from their hearts.

💢 And part of time for delightful pleasure and enjoyment, but never from the unlawful (Harām). And with the help of (enjoyment in) this time you will overcome (due to leisure of this time) on the other three (previous mentioned) times.

امام کاظم عليه‌السلام فرمودند: بكوشيد كه زمانتان را به چهار بخش تقسيم كنيد:

زمانى براى مناجات با خدا ؛ زمانى براى تأمين معاش ؛ زمانى براى معاشرت با برادران و معتمدانى كه عيب‌هايتان را به شما مى‌شناسانند و در دل شما را دوست دارند؛ و ساعتى براى كسب لذّت‌هاى حلال و با بخش چهارم توانايى و نیروی انجام وظایف سه بخش دیگر را تامین كنید.

عن الامام الكاظم عليه السلام: اجتهدوا في أن يكون زمانُكُم أربعَ ساعات :

ساعةً لمناجاة الله .

وساعةً لأمر المعاش .

وساعةً لمعاشرة الاخوان والثقات الذين يُعرِّفُونكم عيوبكم ويُخِلصون لكم في الباطن .

وساعةً تَخلون فيها للذاتكم في غير محرم وبهذه الساعة تقدرون على الثلاث ساعات.
